As the flow (of the programme) was important to him, in order to raise the points while keeping the current layout of the three jump elements one after another, he requested for the music to be arranged such that the 4T-3T would be shifted to a slightly later point in the programme.   

He is absolutely particular about sound. Even for SEIMEI which he used for his FS at the Olympics, Hanyu had, after telling Yano that “I am fully aware that the things I am saying are unreasonable, but…”, issued very detailed instructions such as adding the sound of his breath at the beginning and the sound of percussion instruments at the point where he performs the ina bauer. It took 33 remakes to arrive at the completed work. Yano says that “This time too, (his instructions) were detailed, as always. It was a test of my skills.” At the beginning of October, he accepted the new version which was adjusted in units of seconds from the previous version, and prepared for competition with it.
